Lawless Telemarketers

A couple times per week for the past year, I've gotten prerecorded messages on my voice mail from a caller which Caller ID detects as JEM Care LLC, 1-248-564-4697.

I have never done business with them.

They claim to be pushing duct cleaning. I've tried to call them back to get taken off their calling list, but have always gotten a busy signal.

In the USA we have a National Do Not Call Act. The evidence leads me to think that this business owner imagines he is above the law. So I doubt he's a good person with whom to do business.
